Buying for a company
Everything a manager, purchasing department or security reviewer usually asks before approving an Azure DevOps extension, on one page.
Who you buy from
| Seller | Lemon Squeezy LLC acts as Merchant of Record: it sells the license, charges the right VAT or sales tax for your country and sends the invoice. Business customers can enter a VAT ID at checkout. |
|---|---|
| Developer | JR DevTools, Box C9113, Paxtonstraat 3 N, 8013 RP Zwolle, the Netherlands (EU). Registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42200933; legal form eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) of Jeroen Reinink. See About. Contact: support@jr-devtools.com. |
| Payment | Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout, monthly or yearly. |
| Invoices | Sent by email after every payment, and available in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your receipt). |

What the license covers
- One Azure DevOps organization, priced by size. Team covers up to 25 users, Business up to 100, Enterprise any number. Users are the people who use the extension; you pick the tier, and there is no seat counting or user list to keep up to date.
- Per extension. Merge Conflict Resolver and Bulk Editor each have their own license: Team $12 per month or $120 per year, Business $29 per month or $290 per year, Enterprise $990 per year.
- Try before you buy. A 14-day Pro trial starts automatically when the extension is installed, with no account or card. After the trial the free plan keeps working.
- Cancel any time in the customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the organization falls back to the free plan. Nothing breaks.
- Refund within 14 days of your first payment if Pro doesn't work for you.
- Move the license to another organization yourself from the extension's settings page.
- If JR DevTools stops. Your data lives in Azure DevOps, so there is nothing to migrate. If development ever stops, the extensions will be made open source and handed over to another maintainer, so your team can keep using them.

Security questionnaire answers
| Do you store or process our code or work items? | No. The extensions run in the user's browser and talk only to your Azure DevOps organization. See Security. |
|---|---|
| Do you get access to our organization? | No. The extension acts as the signed-in user, with the token Azure DevOps gives it in the browser. We hold no tokens, accounts or service connections. |
| Which permissions does it need? | Merge Conflict Resolver: Code (read and write). Bulk Editor: Work items (read and write). Nothing else. |
| Which third parties are involved? | Lemon Squeezy, for payment and a weekly license check (license key plus organization name and ID). The website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. |
| Do we need a data processing agreement? | Usually not: we don't process your Azure DevOps data on your behalf. If your policy requires one anyway, email us. |
| Where is data stored? | Drafts in the user's browser; license and plan counters in your organization's own extension data storage. Removed when you uninstall. |
| User management and SSO? | None of our own. Sign-in, permissions and auditing are those of Azure DevOps. |
| Analytics or telemetry? | None. |
| Certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001)? | No. JR DevTools is a small company; the architecture keeps your data out of our hands instead. |
| Supported platforms? | Azure DevOps Services (dev.azure.com) and Azure DevOps Server 2022 or later (on-premises). See Azure DevOps Server. |
| How are vulnerabilities handled? | Reported to support@jr-devtools.com and fixed with the highest priority. See Reporting a vulnerability. |
A question that isn't here? Email support@jr-devtools.com; questionnaires are welcome.
