About JR DevTools

JR DevTools is a software company in the Netherlands (EU) that builds and supports tools for software teams. We focus on the everyday work that standard tooling makes slow or leaves unsolved.

What we do

Our current products are extensions for Azure DevOps. They are installed from the Visual Studio Marketplace and run inside your own Azure DevOps organization, on Azure DevOps Services and Azure DevOps Server 2022 or later:

Merge Conflict Resolver: resolve pull request merge conflicts in the browser, a maintained replacement for the DevLabs conflicts tab.
Bulk Editor: edit work items in a spreadsheet-like grid, the browser-based alternative to Open in Excel.

How we work

Built from daily use

Our products grow out of daily work in software teams. Each one does one job well and is actively maintained. See the changelogs for Merge Conflict Resolver and Bulk Editor.

Your data stays with you

The extensions run in the browser and only talk to your own organization. We run no servers that see your code or work items, and use no analytics or telemetry. See Security.

Direct support

Questions and bug reports are answered within 2 business days by the engineer who builds the extension, not by a ticket desk. See the support policy.

Continuity

Your data lives in Azure DevOps, so there is nothing to migrate. If development ever stops, the extensions will be made open source and handed over to another maintainer.
